Description:

Very nice Pale Ale. Slightly malty not too sweet and not too dry. This one is a keeper. Glacier and Horizon work well together.

30 min Protein Rest @122 F
60 min Saccrification Rest @ 154 F
30 min Fly Sparge @ 170 F

60 min boil, 75% Efficiency, 6.3 ABV
SRM: 7.9
IBU: 46.5
